At Astral Art, we strive to provide high-quality custom 3D models based on your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds on any of our products or services.

Non-Refundable Policy

All purchases made on Astral Art are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Custom 3D models created based on customer specifications.
• Designs or prototypes provided as part of the model creation process.
• Any downloadable digital products offered on our platform.

Exceptions

We may offer replacements or corrections in the following exceptional cases:

• If the 3D model delivered does not match the agreed-upon specifications or design approved by the customer.
• If there is a defect in the product that is our responsibility.
